Nova Education Trust's Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join our Pastoral team.
This full-time role (37 hours, term-time only) is fixed-term until 23 July 2027, with a salary of £24,555 actual per year (pro-rata).
The post focuses on managing behaviour, welfare and academic progress, working with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning and to deliver high standards of behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning.
