We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and dynamic Teacher of Mathematics to lead our successful and well-established department.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Mathematics department and maintain high attainment across the faculty.
  • Inspire both students and staff through clear leadership and high expectations.
  • Contribute to pastoral leadership and supporting students’ wider development; there is also the opportunity for the right candidate to take on a Head of Year responsibility.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and build strong relationships across the school.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of securing high attainment in Mathematics.
  • Ability to inspire students and staff and to lead with clarity and enthusiasm.
Contract and Location
  • Salary: MPS - UPS (potential TLR2B for Head of Year role)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full time
  • Location: NUAST, Nottingham
  • Start date: September 2026
  • Closing date: Wednesday 20th May at 9am
