As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will join our Central People Team as a warm, professional first point of contact for applicants and new starters across our cross‑phase family of 17 academies. In this fast‑paced role, your administrative precision will directly support our school leaders and shape the team that inspires our pupils.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist hiring managers with vacancy postings, adverts, and smooth interview setups.
- Coordinate references, DBS, and pre‑employment checks strictly in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
- Maintain live HR/Payroll databases (iTrent) to ensure total trust‑wide monthly payroll accuracy.
- Provide high‑quality admin support during formal processes, including accurate minute‑taking.
The Trust and school are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with DfE requirements.
