We are seeking talented individuals that are excellent in their field of expertise and are posed with all potential and skills necessary to help us meet future business challenges.

As a valued member of Nova Education Trust’s Central People Team, you will play a key role in delivering a responsive, high-quality, and person-centred HR advisory service across our family of 17 cross-phase academies. Serving as the approachable, trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, you will guide and empower leaders and colleagues with clear, practical advice on employment practices and Trust policies.

The Trust and school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with DfE requirements.
