We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Cover Supervisor/Manager who can support our students to go beyond what they thought possible and ensure that lessons remain high quality in the absence of their specialist teacher. Students at NUAST are aspirational, resilient and respectful, thriving within a supportive and truly inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with supply agencies to ensure lessons are covered and updating MIS system with arrangements
- Delivering cover lessons in the absence of a teacher in accordance with the school policy
- Promoting positive student behaviour through developing strong relationships
