Role Overview
We are looking to appoint a dynamic Cover Supervisor who can support our students to go beyond what they thought possible and ensure that lessons remain high quality in the absence of their specialist teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise cover for the school, liaising with placement agencies.
- Deliver cover lessons in the absence of a teacher, in accordance with school policy.
- Promote positive student behaviour through developing strong relationships.
