Nova-Education-Trust is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher for Behaviour and Culture to join the Senior Leadership Team and drive whole-school improvement in behaviour, culture and inclusion. The role includes strategic oversight of safeguarding, attendance and pastoral care, leading a high-visibility, values-driven environment and developing the tutor programme to support student development.
Working with the Head Teacher and across the trust, you will contribute to system-wide improvement.
