We are seeking a Premises Officer to work alongside the Site Manager and wider Business Support team to maintain the college facilities to the high standard our teams work to. The role would suit people with either a practical compliance background, or hands on maintenance skills such as decorating, joinery or plumbing. We outsource our larger projects and out of hours call out services are provided by a third party. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the wider remit of the Business Support Team by being approachable, pragmatic and having a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be well supported by experienced colleagues within the department to support your growth and skill development.
