Nova Education Trust in Melton Mowbray is seeking a motivated individual to join our SEND support team, assisting students aged 16-19 under the guidance of School Leaders, in and out of the classroom.
The role includes supervising breaks, promoting social and independence skills, and embedding effective support strategies into everyday classroom practice. Full induction and ongoing support will be provided, with an excellent pathway into teaching or specialist services.
