An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to work as a Medical Officer and Student Services Assistant, the post is to commence as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will support members of the school community with a range of duties including:
- Supporting students and dealing with all of their general enquiries including printing timetables, distributing stationary and uniform.
- Being the lead First Aid lead in school.
- Supporting Heads of Year, passing on messages/gathering statements from students, any other duties as directed.
- Organising student services first aid area, school’s vaccination programme, school photo provision etc.
The role requires that the candidate has:
- A good, friendly telephone and reception manner.
- An ability to use basic computing systems i.e. word, excel, Bromcom (with training).
- A strong work ethic.
- A friendly and welcoming manner.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Applicants should have experience of, or a real interest in working with children, in the 11-16 age range. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career in education.
