Salary : Scale 3 (£26,427 to £26,847 pro-rata, £22,691 to £23,052 actual per year)

We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified individual to join our team in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), under the guidance of School Leaders. The successful candidates will work with both groups and individual students, in and out of the classroom, to help meet their learning needs. Responsibilities will also include supervising students during break and lunchtimes, supporting the development of social and independence skills, and embedding effective support strategies into everyday classroom practice. Full induction training and ongoing support will be provided. This role is ideal for those with experience or a strong interest in working with young people aged 16-19 and offers an excellent pathway into teaching or specialist services for individuals with additional needs.
