The Garibaldi School in Mansfield is seeking an Attendance, Welfare and Enforcement Officer to join Nova Education Trust. You will lead the school’s attendance strategy, promote inclusion and remove barriers to education, ensuring students attend and engage.
You will use data and targeted interventions to improve attendance and punctuality, oversee daily processes, and provide reports to leaders and external agencies, working with parents, safeguarding, SEND and external services.
