Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the alternative provision at Meden School.
- Provide bespoke, high-quality educational opportunities that support students’ academic progress, personal development, and successful reintegration or progression.
- Work closely with pastoral staff, external providers, families, and other stakeholders to create personalised learning pathways.
- Ensure safeguarding compliance and improve outcomes for some of the school’s most vulnerable learners.
- Collaborate with the Trust and school to promote safeguarding and the welfare of children.
- Maintain alignment with DfE and safeguarding requirements; all staff undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
