Requirements for our Support Workers:

  • We're looking for people who are ready to use their people skills to make a lasting difference in a rewarding new career, whether you've worked in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, you'll be:

  • Able to demonstrate strong people skills with a genuine passion for helping others

  • Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
