We are looking for a methodical and proactive Onboarding Administrator to join our team based in Peterlee. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring every stage of the onboarding process is completed with accuracy, integrity and professionalism. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a natural eye for detail, this could be the role for you.
Our Onboarding Administrator Will Be:
- Conducting safer recruitment checks including DBS, Right to Work, employment history, referencing, completing risk assessments and escalating concerns where required.
- Administrating new starter contracts and onboarding documentation.
- First point of contact for onboarding enquiries.
- Creating and maintaining accurate personnel files and tracking systems, updating relevant departments on the progress of candidates.
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards as well as Ofsted and CQC frameworks.
Our Onboarding Administrator Will Have:
- Experience in an administration role, ideally in HR, recruitment, compliance or onboarding.
- Ability to own and follow processes - knowledge of safeguarding, DBS and Right to Work processes would be advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised.
- An analytical and proactive approach and be confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
