At Nova Care Group, we deliver safe, consistent and personalised care to young people up to the age of 25. Our Cover Team plays a vital role in maintaining continuity, stability and high standards of care across our services.
We are looking for an approachable and proactive Cover Team Manager to join our team based in Peterlee. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading and supporting our Cover Team, building strong professional relationships, providing effective supervision and ensuring team members remain motivated, supported, skilled and prepared for permanent placement.
The successful candidate will be confident in managing people, providing coaching and pastoral support, addressing concerns and having challenging conversations when required. You will work closely with Learning & Development, Regional Managers and the wider Operations team to ensure our Cover Team members are fully trained, supported and equipped to deliver the highest standards of care.
