We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team based in Cirencester. This pivotal role will provide expert employee relations support to our field-based managers, ensuring people matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and best practice.

Our HR Advisor Will Be:- Advising and supporting managers across the organisation on all things employee relations including performance, engagement, absence, welfare, capability and whistleblowing.
- Managing complex employee relation cases, including safeguarding, with confidence and care.
- First point of contact for general HR enquiries via phone and shared inbox.
- Ensuring accurate HR record-keeping and administering documentation like contracts, variations and references.
- Ensuring consistent, fair application of HR policies and best practices.
- Collaborating on exciting HR projects and policy improvements.
- Partnering with other departments across the organisation to support the delivery of onboarding, talent development, management upskilling and offboarding.
- Proven experience working in an HR Advisor role.
- Proven experience of confidently managing complex ER cases, ideally including safeguarding.
- A CIPD qualification, level 5 or willingness to work towards is desirable.
- Strong demonstrable application and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence in supporting, coaching and advising Managers in HR best practice, with the ability to challenge and influence constructively.
- Comfortable working independently and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment, valuing a solutions-focused approach.

- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).
