The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties (retail, offices, light industrial).
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults - lighting, power, distribution boards, emergency lighting, etc.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to deliver high-quality service.
- Complete job sheets and reports via a mobile device.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in a mobile maintenance role preferred.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach.
