Our business is organised in regional teams of up to 30 commercial engineers who work in concert with our central technical support team to deliver, service, repair, maintain and install the full spectrum of commercial building services. You and your colleagues will be the customer facing powerhouse of our business within your region with a portfolio of key clients and sites.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide technical support and guidance on the telephone to engineers out in the field
- Interact between administration team, management team and regional engineering team to disseminate information into the field
- Monitor engineers and promote best practice in health and safety, engineering and customer care
- Be part in on call rota
EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- COCN1 or relevant Commercial Gas Qualifications (essential)
- Contract Management Experience (essential)
- Building Services / FM Experience (essential)
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
