About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing contracts across a range of projects in Newcastle and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance within construction, engineering, facilities management, or a similar sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from tender to completion, including negotiation, drafting, execution, and closeout.
