Based in Cardiff, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of commercial sites.\\nThis is a mobile role offering door-to-door travel pay and a company vehicle with personal use, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values a great work-life balance.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * \\n Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment\\n * \\n Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently\\n * \\n Complete inspection & testing in line with current regulations\\n * \\n Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports\\n * \\n Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards at all times\\n * \\n Represent the company professionally while on client sites\\nRequirements:\\n * \\n City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential)\\n * \\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)\\n * \\n 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing (Desirable but not essential)\\n * \\n Previous experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities environment\\n * \\n Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills\\n * \\n Full UK driving licence (Essential)\\n * \\n Good communication and time management skills\\n * \\n Ability to work independently and manage your own workload\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n * \\n Circa £40,000 salary (depending on experience)\\n * \\n Door-to-door travel pay\\n * \\n Company vehicle (with personal use allowed)\\n * \\n Fuel card, tools, uniform, and PPE provided\\n * \\n Pension scheme\\n * \\n Overtime opportunities\\n * \\n Training and career progression available
