About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing Facilities Management team based in Ipswich. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring service delivery standards are consistently achieved, and identifying opportunities for account growth and operational improvement. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients across a portfolio of facilities management contracts, coordinating internal teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service management. This is primarily an office-based role with regular visits to client sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key facilities management clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
- Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved across all assigned accounts
