About the Role
The UK TK-Liner Operator is responsible for the preparation, setup, and operation of TK-Lining equipment to process customer-supplied tubulars in accordance with GRE-Line specifications. This role ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, carries out routine equipment maintenance, and supports quality and operational excellence within the TK-Liner department.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate TK-Lining equipment in accordance with work orders and standard procedures
- Process customer goods per relevant Standard/Local Operating Procedure Manuals for TK-Lining disciplines
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization
- Report equipment failures or damage promptly
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment
- Comply with all HSE standards and company procedures
- Carry out additional tasks as required, provided training and competency requirements are met
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid certifications in Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Face Fit Testing, and other mandatory HSE training
- Familiarity with QMS orientation and LOP TA 17-001 to LOP TA 17-013
- Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Colour Vision and Visual Acuity assessments
- Serial Number recording and Pipe Counting competency

- Willingness to support peers and participate in on-the-job training initiatives
