We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Kintore. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, and supporting smooth and timely delivery of products to customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments, including planning and execution
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, BOL, AWB, CMR)
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues (e.g. damaged goods, documentation gaps)
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal compliance policies
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Procurement teams to align shipment schedules
- Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and documentation accuracy
