Job Description:
NOV is looking for an Engineering Administrator to join one of our Hydra Rig Business Units in Great Yarmouth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the Engineering, Projects and Production department teams by preparing and distributing documents as required.
- Provide Projects/Production with copies of drawings as directed by Engineering
- Assist with manufacturing documentation and bills of materials (BoMs) as directed
- Assists departments in working with Engineering to issue correct drawings and have drawings corrected as required
- Complete QA training requirements, demonstrating general understanding and practice
- All other assigned or associated tasks and duties to help meet or exceed the customer expectations and company goals
- Maintains all company information as confidential
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, further education in a technical subject preferred
- Computer literate including good command of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Full, current UK car Driving Licence is advantageous.
