Senior Technical Support Engineer/DevOps Engineer

A great position has opened up for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their innovative team. This role would suit someone with a SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) or DevOps Engineer background. You’ll be working directly with enterprise clients, supporting them from implementation stage to optimising their solutions using cutting-edge sync technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through implementation and deployment and continuing to provide ongoing support.
- Provide expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native architectures.
- Deliver workshops and technical demonstrations to customer engineering teams.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure ongoing customer success and great customer experience.
- Support customers through their journey from implementation to production.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining Enterprise Kubernetes deployments.
- Demonstrable experience with the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- High level of proficiency in driving complex technical issues to resolution – Analysing infrastructure issues and identifying novel ways of recreating and isolating issues.
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working onsite with customers, flexibility for occasional travel is required.
- Broad familiarity with mobile software and hardware providers.
- Nice to Have: Experience contributing to open-source projects.
