We are looking for a Product Owner to join a growing technology team and take ownership of a client-facing SaaS platform. This is a workflow-driven, operationally important product that underpins how teams collaborate, manage work and improve efficiency through automation. You will work at the intersection of technology and the wider business, bringing clarity, structure and prioritisation to evolving requirements.
This role is suited to someone who has experience operating in a Product Owner capacity and is comfortable making backlog decisions within an agile environment.
The role:
- Take ownership of the product backlog for client-facing systems and workflows
- Shape and prioritise work in line with business impact, client commitments and longer-term platform direction
- Turn client and operational needs into clear, testable requirements
- Work closely with engineers and QA during delivery to ensure shared understanding
- Maintain visibility of upcoming priorities and contribute to roadmap planning
- Balance specific client requirements with the evolution of reusable, scalable platform features
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency across workflows used by multiple clients
- Ensure data and integrations entering the platform are structured, reliable and automation-ready
- Provide clarity to stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs and dependencies
- Gather feedback from users and internal teams to inform ongoing platform improvement
Your background:
- Experience working as a Product Owner within an agile delivery environment
- Experience managing and prioritising a backlog
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B platforms, internal systems or workflow-driven products
- Confidence collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and managing competing demands
- Structured, analytical and outcome-focused
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar is helpful. Product certifications are welcome but not a requirement.
