Oracle ERP Developer – London – Hybrid

Up to £60,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity

Noux Talent are working with a well-established business to find an Oracle ERP Developer to join their in-house Oracle ERP Support Team in SW London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building smart solutions, and working collaboratively with both IT and finance teams. You will be part of a supportive, knowledgeable team, helping maintain and develop their Oracle ERP system (R12) and playing a key role in future improvements and transformation initiatives.

The company offers a hybrid working model (2 days onsite in SW London) and an inclusive environment where growth and collaboration are encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing second and third-line support (with some first-line cover) for the global Oracle ERP system (R12.2.10)
  • Developing, testing, and implementing system enhancements, automations, and integrations
  • Supporting and developing across core finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Lease Management, and Purchasing/iProcurement
  • Collaborating closely with finance teams and third-party providers to optimise system usage and deliver improvements
  • Supporting finance transformation initiatives and contributing to continuous system and process improvement
  • Managing bug fixes, system updates, patches, and maintaining strong documentation standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential skills and experience:

  • Hands-on Oracle ERP (R12.2) development experience, particularly across core financial modules.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills (procedures, functions, packages).
  • Experience working with Oracle Open Interfaces, APIs, and system administration tasks.
  • Familiarity with Oracle XML/BI Publisher, OA Framework, Workflow, and APEX
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Desirable skills (not essential):

  • Functional understanding of finance modules (GL, AP, FA, AR, CM, OLFM, PO, iProcurement).
  • Knowledge of SLA, MOAC, AME, or Hyperion FCCS.
  • Experience working in a multi-time zone environment.
