We are working with an established and growing London based travel brand who are looking for a Hotel Distribution Specialist to join their expanding team.

Role Overview

As the Hotel Distribution Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring hotel partners are accurately represented across global booking platforms. Working within GDS environments (Amadeus), you will be responsible for mapping room types, rate codes, and property content to guarantee a smooth and seamless booking experience for clients.

This position is ideal for someone with good technical and data-handling skills who enjoys working behind the scenes to make complex systems run flawlessly.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain accurate room-type and rate-code data within GDS systems
• Update hotel profiles, room inventories, and rate plans across platforms
• Validate and upload hotel details including descriptions, images, and amenities to ensure consistency across systems
• Collaborate with internal travel and tech teams to resolve GDS queries and mapping inconsistencies
• Support continuous improvement of distribution processes and data accuracy

Your experience

• Experience working directly with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred), ideally within a travel, hospitality, or hotel distribution setting
• Strong technical and analytical capability — confident working with structured data and backend systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach
• Understanding of hotel terminology and the ability to interpret rate and room mapping requirements accurately
• Proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
