We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Supplier Returns to manage customer and supplier enquiries, returns, and warranty processes. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring efficient return and stock control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via JIRA and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Process customer returns and RMA requests in line with SLAs and internal procedures.
- Manage onsite, advanced, and supplier warranty cases through to resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and cross-shipments with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate stock and returns records within Sage X3.
- Monitor faulty stock, ensuring correct labelling, tracking, and timely return.
- Work closely with internal teams including Finance, RMA, Technical Support, and Engineering.
- Support continuous improvement through customer feedback and process adherence.
