We’re looking for an underwriting professional who understands the risks and rewards of small to mid-sized residential property projects—and knows how to assess them with accuracy and confidence. About the Role As a Development Underwriter, you will evaluate and process loan applications for residential-only development projects—ranging from single-unit builds to multi-unit schemes. You\’ll work closely with brokers, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure each deal is structured responsibly and aligns with our lending criteria.
