Sales & Lettings Associate The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Sales Negotiator experience. Personal Profile: β’ Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry. β’ Strong negotiation skills & good basic understanding of the sales/ lettings process, β’ Possess excellent communication and people skills, β’ Have a full UK driving licence and your own car. Your duties would include: β’ Registering Buyers / Vendors / Landlord / Tenants, β’ Identify client requirements & matching to our property portfolio, β’ Arrange and carry out viewings, β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships, with regular client contact, β’ Successfully negotiate between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant, β’ Assisting in smooth running of the branch. Package OTE Β£28k β 35k+ Basic & Commission. Quarterly branch. Reward scheme. Call Performance bonus. Car allowance Β£2000pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile). 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week) 28 days holiday including bank holidays Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
