A fantastic opportunity to work for our established client, who are a significant player within their industry and due to an increase in business they are creating a brand-new role as an experienced Business Development Associate to join in their success.
This role is for someone who has high energy and would really suit someone who has worked within Estate Agency, Recruitment Agency or sales.
The role:
- This is an internally based, outbound sales role focused on re-engaging existing clients.
- Activating dormant relationships.
- Success in this role comes from volume, energy, consistency and quality conversations.
- Secure meetings for external BDMs.
- Reactivate historic relationships that have not transacted recently.
- LinkedIn/Social Media broker outreach.
- Support BDMs by warming relationships ahead of meetings.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism and follow up.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and BDMs to align messaging.
