Property Finance Assistant

Our client is the leading property management specialist in the area and offers a fantastic working environment. Finance Assistant – The Role * Manage electronic data and e-mails * Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients. * To participate in all internal training, prepare and run training sessions and attended external training. * Monitoring of bank statements for BACS receipts * Banking twice per week * Filing invoices accurately and correctly * Sending remittances to suppliers * Plus much more Finance Assistant – Skills and requirements * Working knowledge of QUBE computer system * A desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures. * Soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs. * Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets – i.e. Excel * Good written and verbal communication skills.
