Job Description
Do you have strong administration and coordination skills?\\n\\nAs a Project Coordinator, you will directly support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by the Delivery team through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.\\n\\nProject Coordinator – The Role\\n\\n * Act as the main point of contact for project communications.\\n\\n * Assist the Project Manager with planning, tracking, and reporting.\\n\\n * Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking.\\n\\n * Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials.\\n\\n * Schedule, attend, and document meetings; follow up on action items.\\n\\n * Proactively address risks, delays, or budget concerns.\\n\\n * Support the sales team with order processing and operational coordination.\\n\\n * Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvements.\\n\\n * Take ownership and manage multiple deliverables at various stages of provisioning, and of varying levels of complexity.\\n\\n * Liaising with key suppliers to deliver against expectations, and collaboratively managing and maintaining effective working relationships.\\n\\nProject Coordinator – Experience\\n\\n * Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.\\n\\n * Order processing experience\\n\\n * Strong administration and coordinating in a fast-paced role\\n\\n * Strong communication skills both written and spoken.\\n\\n * Excellent attention to detail is key\\n\\n * Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.\\n\\nDue to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
