Our client, based in Central London, requires an Office Support Assistant. This is a full-time, remote position (1 day a week in the office, may require travel to St. Albans). Our client is looking for a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic Office Support Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and dynamic role, supporting three key departments – Marketing, Projects/Processing, and Bids - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling different tasks, and be keen to get involved wherever needed.

  • Marketing Support
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
  • Help coordinate events, campaigns, and social media activity
  • Help manage social media scheduling and engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Projects and Processing Support
    • Process orders efficiently
    • Liaise with other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Bids Team Support
    • Assist in compiling tender documents and proposals
    • Coordinate information gathering across departments
    • Ensure deadlines are tracked and submissions are formatted and filed correctly
