Our client, based in Central London, requires an Office Support Assistant. This is a full-time, remote position (1 day a week in the office, may require travel to St. Albans). Our client is looking for a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic Office Support Assistant to join our team. This is a varied and dynamic role, supporting three key departments – Marketing, Projects/Processing, and Bids - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

- Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
- Help coordinate events, campaigns, and social media activity
- Help manage social media scheduling and engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Projects and Processing Support
- Process orders efficiently
- Liaise with other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Bids Team Support
- Assist in compiling tender documents and proposals
- Coordinate information gathering across departments
- Ensure deadlines are tracked and submissions are formatted and filed correctly
