Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Booking property viewings and managing appointment schedules
- Maintaining accurate property, client, and compliance records
- Preparing property particulars, letters, and basic marketing materials
- Managing office supplies and general office administration
- Assisting sales and lettings teams with administrative support
- Updating property portals and internal systems
- Ensuring the reception and office areas are kept tidy and presentable
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrator, or customer service role (estate agency experience desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
