Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic OTE: £30,000 - £34,000

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am - 3:00pm (5-day working week with rota day off)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and well-established estate agency. This is a fantastic role for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate information
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year Lettings Negotiator experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Well-presented, professional, and confident
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
