We are looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. This hands-on role combines order processing, customer service, and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock control and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and manage enquiries
- Maintain stock accuracy, conduct regular stock takes, and manage stock movements
- Produce sales, stock, and performance reports
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and warehouse to resolve issues
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales administration, order processing, or operations support
- Proficient with ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Days and Hours
Monday to Thursday 09:30-16:30
