Job Description

Lettings Manager\\n\\nOur client are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful Estate Agency who have seen incredible growth in 2025 and 2026 doesn’t seem like slowing down\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.\\n\\n * Lettings Administration: Handling all paperwork, tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation.\\n\\n * Compliance & Legislation: Ensuring all lettings activities comply with current legislation and industry standards.\\n\\n * Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and generate new business.\\n\\n * General Administration & Reporting: Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting on lettings performance.\\n\\n * Team Management and leadership: Leading, coaching and developing the lettings team to meet and exceed branch forecasts.\\n\\nAbout you\\n\\n * Minimum 2 years experience in lettings, and a minimum of 1 year in a Senior Negotiator or Management role is essential.\\n\\n * Experience of lettings valuing, with demonstratable conversion rates.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of lettings processes, tenant legislation, and property management best practices.\\n\\n * Knowledge of the local area and market in which we operate.\\n\\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nInterested?
