Nouvo Recruitment London are looking for a reliable and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This hands-on role includes overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising a small team, and ensuring safe and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Prepare and dispatch orders on pallets
- Book outgoing pallets using logistics software
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain a clean warehouse
- Supervise a small team
- Deliver goods twice weekly to West London
- Communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and shipping agents
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory/managerial role
- Forklift experience essential (certification preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
