Overview
HGV Class 1 Driver – Location: Huntingdon. Nouvo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client who has opened a new operating centre in Huntingdon. Excellent rates, overtime and benefits are available.
We are looking for HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to join our brand-new contract based in Huntingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation with guaranteed work and great earning potential.
The Role
- Trunking and delivery work across the UK
- Operating modern, well-maintained Class 1 vehicles
- Ensuring loads are secured safely and delivered on time
- Completing all relevant paperwork and using digital tachographs correctly
- Adhering to all driving and working time regulations
Requirements
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- CPC & Digi Tacho card (up to date)
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience (new passes may be considered for the right candidates)
- Good knowledge of UK road network
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
