Responsibilities
- Support and ensure high levels of customer service are received
- Provide a good level of customer service and administration by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process
- Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide a high level of support to customers throughout the process
- Handling customer queries and problems as they arise
- Working well as part of a team
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience within customer service and/or administration
- Relationship building skills
- Previous administration experience
- Strong team player
- Good communication skills on all levels
