The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Working hours and holidays: Five-day working week: Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm, and every Saturday, 9am-4pm (with one fixed day off during the week). Closed on Sundays. 20 days annual leave, all Bank Holidays off, plus additional time off over the festive period.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join their team and would suit someone who has proven sales experience within estate agency.

The role:

  • Managing and driving sales performance across your branch
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations to secure successful sales
  • Collaborating with other branches to maximise opportunities

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency as Sales Manager
  • Strong local market knowledge of South West London
  • Confident, professional communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, organised, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
