Nouvo Recruitment London is looking for an Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to one of our most prestigious key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment account management or managing demanding customer accounts. Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.
Key Duties- Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.
- Source, vet, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.
- Provide and present management information.
- Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
- Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain an on-site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.
- Experience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to be on-site at Ellesmere Port from 06:45 and work around client requirements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Competitive salary with generous commission scheme.
- A minimum of 22 days holiday, plus birthday off and a You Day.
