As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and managing the services delivered to the property Developer, Leaseholders and Tenants of the Development. Key Accountabilities The development and delivery of an exceptional customer focused service to Developers, Leaseholders and Tenants Defining and maintaining service levels Taking responsibility for the Health, Safety and Compliance Standards at site level Management and development of staff in the site Ensuring that appropriate systems and procedures are put in place and properly monitored Dealing efficiently and effectively with all enquiries concerning all aspects of the management of the development The management of the long term planned preventative maintenance plan Ensuring the estate is visually inspected daily Working closely with the Regional Director and other Managers to ensure consistency of practice and standards Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supervisory/Management role within a property services or similar environment IRPM/Assoc MRICS NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, or be prepared to obtain Supervisory/Management Qualification Experience of dealing with subcontractors, local authorities and other third parties Managing people Team building
