Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their company, who is able to manage a very small team.
Working Hours: 7:00am β 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and safely.
- Lead, train, and support a small team of warehouse operatives.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Order and replenish stock as required to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update systems regularly.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with customer collections and provide excellent service when dealing with clients and suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Competence in stock management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving license (forklift license desirable).
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
