Commercial Sales Negotiator As a Commercial Agency Surveyor/Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving new sales and leases for a variety of different commercial clients and developing those client relationships and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills. Previous experience doing so on units such as office, warehouse, industrial and retail would be advantageous but not essential. Negotiation: Successfully negotiate a sale or lease between two parties, ensuring you are always striving to achieve the best price for the client Viewings: Meet with potential buyers or leasers to show and demonstrate what’s on offer, whilst always trying to close on a deal Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and advice on commercial property matters. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and opportunities in the commercial property sector, providing strategic insights to the Board. Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure that all operations comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining ‘best practice’ in commercial property transactions.
