Finance Assistant - The Role
- Manage electronic data and e-mails
- Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients.
- To participate in all internal training, prepare and run training sessions and attend external training.
- Monitoring of bank statements for BACS receipts
- Banking twice per week
- Filing invoices accurately and correctly
- Sending remittances to suppliers

- Working knowledge of QUBE computer system
- A desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
